This fact was evidenced in genotyping of some strains of thermophilic Bacillus by pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE). Consequently, a new procedure for the preparation of agarose plugs was developed. The procedure produced interpretable genomic DNA restriction profiles.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessDNA degradationGenotypingPulsed field gel electrophoresisBacteriologyThermophilic bacilliOptimization of Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoresis (pfge) Conditions for Thermophilic BacilliArticle2-s2.0-1194426436510.1007/s11274-004-1004-310.1007/s11274-004-1004-3
